ALL PENDANTS HAVE A 7-DAY RETURN PERIOD AFTER DATE OF DELIVERY.
Refunds will ONLY be given on Pendants before the seven (7) day window has closed. No exchanges can be made on Pendants. If you purchase another product, excluding Pendants, our return policy is thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your date of delivery, we unfortunately are unable to offer you a refund.
We do not offer refunds for broken crystals. If the crystal arrives in perfect condition and is later dropped and breaks, we do not take responsibility for pendants breaking. Please keep in mind crystals are fragile, if they are dropped, tapped against hard surfaces, sat on, put into a washing machine. They will break. We will not refund an item unless it is defective. If the item received is damaged, we ask that you provide us an email that includes a picture of the defective item (clearly showing the defect) upon arrival. Only regular priced JEWELRY items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include order number in your return.

NO REFUNDS ON ANY OTHER PRODUCTS OR GIFT CARDS. OUR PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOMIZED FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND NOT ALL ORDERS ARE IDENTICAL, PRODUCT SIZES,SCENTS AND COLORS CAN VARY. SOME PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN LIMITED QUANTITY AND SOME ARE LIMITED TIME EXCLUSIVE ITEMS.
